From her large bow section with with Solid Hardwood safety hand rail to the entire deck. Single gaurd rail cable, Sea legs mounted to side decks forward allowing her access to drying anchorages! Fob style anchor approximately 25kg to 3/8″ galavanised chain / manual anchor windlass.
Superstructure house various deck ventilators, raised pigeon box incorporating opening Houdini style alloy hatches. Honwave 2.3m Inflatable tender with inflatable keel and solid transom.
Windscreen to lower helm has a Kent windscreen wiper. Her wide side decks make for easy and safe entry fore and aft. 3 x Trumpet horns. Aft entry to the raised Flybridge, solid hardwood handrail with teak deck, Aluminium hinged radar arch, large teak topped storage locker to starboard. Full canopy for complete weather protection and laced dodgers to cockpit wings carrying the ships name.
Navigation lights, Anchor light, 1.8m Vhf antenna, twin lazarette lockers housing gas box and central heating unit for her on board wet heating system. 3/4yrd Red ensign to flagstaff. Alloy cleats to foredeck, midships and aft on both port and starboard sides.
Upper Helm Station:
Centrally mounted helm position with excellent visibility for those close quarter handling. 6 spoke hardwood wheel, Twin morse controls with PVC cover, Full engine monitoring gauges an protected from weather by acrylic cover. Portside entry to saloon via single hardwood door and folding hatch.
Saloon:
Large saloon with oodles of natural light through the alloy framed marine windows offering either hopper style or sliding openings. L-shaped upholstered seating to her starboard side of cabin and fixed dropped leaf dining table. Hardwood built in cabinets to portside with plenty of storage within. Cabin wings also offer further storage behind small louvre doors. Single radiator. 24v recessed deck head lighting. Access to aft cabin and forward cabins are centrally located each end of the saloon. cabin sole allows for full access to engines beneath, concealed curtain rails and fitted carpet tiles complete this comfortable living space.
Lower helm station:
Chart table compliments this portside helm with the 6 spoke hardwood wheel, full engine monitoring, overhead switch gear, Navigational aids.
Galley:
Forward of saloon and spanning the full beam providing great storage beneath the built in cabinets and drawers. A retro look is on offer here as she remains original throughout. Freestanding fridge (secured) frestanding 2020 Caprice Oven (secured) grill and 4 burner hob, extraction to galley space. Twin stainless steel sink with hot and cold together with a sea water tap. 230v outlets and Solar controller unit with usb outlet. Micro-wave (secured)
Mid-ship Cabin:
A comfortable cabin with Twin offset bunks in Hardwood cabinetry and drawers for storage in addition to the 3/4 recessed hanging locker. Consealed curtain rails, 24v lighting to deck head.
Aft / Master cabin:
In keeping with the general hardwood used throughout, her Port and starboard berths, storage beneath, and superb central vanity unit makes for this light and airy cabin. Dedicated 24v reading lights to each berth and 24v recessed deck head light. Alloy escape hatch to the rear. Single radiator. Full height hanging locker.
Heads / Shower.
Again this cabin is not shy on space given the overall capacity of this 45′ cruiser. Sea toilet, chemical porta loo, wash hand basin with hot and cold supply, shower cubicle/ shower curtain, heated towel rail.

In our opinion, this vessel may well present as a some what “dated classic” but she retains all the simplicity to allow her proud owner to enjoy stress free ownership now that her present owners have taken to modernise where appropriate.
