Construction:
All steel construction to hull & superstructure. Exterior paintwork both above and below the waterline is in excellent condition overall. Hull is of flat construction Hardwood retractable Wheelhouse. Bow Thruster & 22″ x 15″ Bronze 4 blade propeller.
Engine Room:
Great access to her Vetus DT 43422S / 106HP Diesel engine with dedicated 100 amp start battery. All ancillary equipment well presented & in full serviceable condition. Engine bay is clean throughout, automatic light on entering engine room and superb consideration by way of protective shields to moving parts etc if carrying out inspection whilst underway.
Mains Electrics: AC & DC SYSTEMS:
24v system is delivered via 4 x House batteries / 2 x Engine start batteries. Victron 3000 24v Charging unit.
Individually switched reading lights to all cabins, BEP ACM2 Contour matrix AC monitor. Distribution panel of DC power has been installed to a high standard with suitable explanation for those needing to navigate when problem solving.
Wheelhouse & Helm: 3.323L x 2.878W x 1.898H:
A very comfortable cabin with great visibility when close quarter handling. Full engine monitoring at hand. Hardwood construction & with sectional deck head panels & exterior Canopy cover for additional protection. Dimensions are found at the head of this specification. AC & DC switch panel at the helm offering simple operation for most of the vessels systems. Tank monitor for fuel, water & black water tank.

Heating:

On Deck:
With her exterior paintwork, hand rails, deck paint & super structure coatings being in good condition. There is very little other than regular wash downs with applications of polish & U.V wax protection. This maintenance alone will help to save literally hundreds of pounds from her initial up keep!
Foredeck:
Good access both on port & starboard side decks to aft or forward. Electric anchor windlass, access hatch to Bow locker & electrics / battery for the latter.
Safety / Fire fighting:
Boat safety certificate represents that all required fire fighting equipment is provided for along with ventilation, fuel & gas requirements. Please note that we would recommend an up to date Gas certificate from a reputable & registered Marine Gas engineer.
