Saloon: Though open to the galley. This interior is full of natural light, space & still retains a cosy feel. Morso Multi fuel stove adds to the comfort whilst the large pigeon box style hatch allows for the sky to remain visible during the day or night!
Galley: It encompasses the full width & opens out into the saloon beyond. To port is the washing machine, Belfast sink with left & right hand drainer in matching beechwood to the kitchen work tops. Under cabinet Freezer to compliment the fridge on the starboard side. Again to starboard is the Rayburn Royal oil fired cooker. Ample storage & 240vlt double outlets are plentiful. Wall mounted storage units are suitably placed either side of the companion way & one unit is glazed.
Heads: Spacious bathroom with double walk in style shower cubicle. Electric toilet with macerator. Extractor. Ceramic Wash hand basin with hot & cold mixer faucet. Mix of white square wall tiles & Bamboo wall panelling. 1 x radiator. Frosted glazed window. Bamboo flooring.
Master Bedroom: At the forepeak of the layout is the Master cabin. 3/4 Double is offset to portside allowing for clever additional storage beneath the foredeck. Escape hatch. Fitted bedside cabinets & mains outlets suitably placed.
Wheel house: Portside helm and access to a simple switch panel for various systems such as navigation lights, water pump etc. Single lever Morse control for the 110hp Perkins diesel inboard engine. Central companion way forward or aft starboard access to the aft cabin cabin. Access to the engine can also be found through the cabin sole. Superbly refurbished this wheelhouse structure now allows for simply & easy handling should the need arise to lower it for bridges etc. Teak cabin sole & to starboard a creative space exists to allow for writing / office work.
Aft Cabin: Having been completely refitted to allow for better use of space this now comprises solid beech wood fitted furniture producing twin single beds, access to rudder stock, escape hatch, single panel radiator, storage cuboards, wardrobe & suitable access to engine room for servicing etc. plenty of additional storage is also available in the engine bay should you need it!

Attention to some important detail has been carried out during the current ownership and with positive benefits such as New windows, all new l.e.d downlighters, complete refit to the aft cabin & with spray foam insulation, epoxy coatings to the hull in 2013. It is believed that on board insulation elsewhere comprises of an approximately 50mm cellotex type material to all cabin sides & a smaller gauge material behind the deck head linings. Complete repaint to the superstructure in 2020. No expense has been spared and with the complete refurbishment of the wheelhouse she is now very much a vessel to be proud of!
