General Information:

Foredeck:
Open foredeck for access / seating and storage beneath from inside. Water with approx 140litres fresh water to service sinks & shower. Through double wooden frame / glazed doors to Galley.
Galley:
From her bow, access immediately to the galley with an innox round bowl sink /right hand drainer and storage in base unit. Opposite to starboard, further wooden cabinet with micro-wave. Free standing Gas oven / 4 x burner hob. pan storage beneath. Hot & cold running water from her 12v water pump with hot water being supplied via the calorifier that also has mains immersion heating.
Saloon:
1 x good sized double bed open to galley. Freestanding folding table and storage units to the cabin wings. Mains outlets with USB charging points etc. Brass deck lights are fitted centrally to the deck head.
Heads /shower room:
Portside shower and heads provided by way of a chemical porta loo. Composite shower base with shower curtain. Ceramic corner wash hand basin and again with hot and cold running water.
Engine room / Technical:
Single vetus 3 cylinder diesel inboard engine. It is understood that engine provides for hot water in addition to the immersion /mains hot water facility. Stern tube greaser. Single lever control mounted to portside.
Electrics are 12v and 3 x leisure lead acid batteries make up her house battery distribution to supply 12 v cabin lighting, Tunnel light, water pump.
Mains consumer unit providing for mains supply throughout saloon, engine bay.
3 x photaic cells mounted to the superstructure and supporting battery charging via the solar controller.

Tigger offers those who enjoy simple unchallenging cruising, an uncomplicated fit out that some may choose to modernise perhaps to a small degree. Will need out of water attention to blacking etc, Exterior paintwork would not be too expensive for an owner with basic painting skill to tackle. Will also need a new BSS certificate. Reluctant sale!
