Boat Name: Amazing Grace

A rare opportunity to acquire a British Built Cruiser in what appears to be superb condition. An extremely well maintained vessel with a well balanced inventory & gear suitable for Private pleasure use or even a potential liveaboard for one or two persons.

Functional layout offers a cockpit with seating across the full width. Aluminium bi-fold doors with tinted glazing giving access to the upper deck saloon. This has the navigation station, helm & to starboard a settee / double berth. Open to the lower saloon & galley via short companionway steps which offers the double dinette to port, galley to starboard & heads being forward of the galley again on the starboard side . Immediately forward is the Double V-berth.  Her exterior allows ample deck space to enjoy & has a swim platform with boarding ladder. Winter & Summer canopies compliment the Screen covers in Navy blue & in very good condition at the time of listing.

Lower saloon comprises open plan Double /dinette with cave lockers behind back rest on port side including drinks cabinet. Heads are to starboard with Cassette toilet, shower tray, wash hand basin & H&C to both. Cave locker storage. Marble effect / onyx Formica finish throughout the heads compartment.  Upper saloon via three steps offers plenty of seating /day berth on the starboard side which also provides as a pull out double (Not photographed). Below the upper saloon flooring are individual hatches that offer full servicing access to both engines & ancillary equipment such as pumps etc. Helm station to port & chart table immediately behind the helm seat.  We then move aft through Aluminium Bi-folding doors/ tinted glazing to the Cockpit full width vinyl seating to the transom. A central hatch in the cockpit gives access below to the Mase Marine Generator. Full wet exhaust & with silent running case. Fuel tanks & shut off vales are also accessible here along with the Webasto central heating unit mounted to the port side.

All vinyl seating appears to be in very good serviceable condition. All deck head lining is in excellent condition. Bilges throughout were found to be dry & clean. This Princess 33 warrants continuing care and attention to this will without question retain its value as she becomes a British Classic.
